Swapnil Shukla is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience spanning real estate, manufacturing, consumer electronics, business consulting, and international trade. Based in Dubai, he is the Founder and Managing Director of Rataka Real Estate LLC, a RERA-registered brokerage specializing in premium residential and commercial properties, investment advisory, and strategic solutions for global investors.

A Mechanical Engineer with a Management Diploma from Symbiosis, Pune, he began his career with leading multinationals including Videocon Industries and LG Electronics before spending over 13 years in leadership roles with Tata Sky.

At AGP, Swapnil advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, overseas investors, and business owners on property acquisitions, investment opportunities, portfolio diversification, and long-term wealth creation, covering luxury developments, off-plan investments, Golden Visa-linked property, project funding, mortgage facilitation, and property management.

He also leads a China Sourcing and Trade Advisory practice and a UAE Business Setup Consultancy, bridging real estate investment, business expansion, and international trade for clients across the Middle East and Asian markets.
